Recommended intake

Dissolve 1 level measuring spoon (6.25 g = 1 serving) in 250 to 300 ml of low-sodium, still, or sparkling water 1 to 2 times daily. For adults aged 18 and over; adolescents aged 11 and over should take 1 serving per day.
