When you exercise, you not only lose water through sweating, but also electrolytes. However, the right combination of electrolytes (especially sodium) and carbohydrates is important in order to effectively reabsorb the lost water. tgIso Active, the isotonic sports drink from PowerBar, not only provides you with C2MAX, a scientifically developed carbohydrate mixture from a 2:1 ratio of glucose and fructose sources, but also 5 electrolytes. The Isoactive powder therefore combines 3 benefits in one product: fluid, electrolytes and carbohydrates. With a refreshing taste, it is perfect for your training or other sporting activities.
