To give your all during intense training and competition, your body should also be supplied with energy regularly during exercise—depending on the intensity and duration, up to 90g of carbohydrates per hour! POWERGELs HYDRO provide carbohydrates and are based on C2MAX, a scientifically developed combination of carbohydrates with a special 2:1 ratio of glucose and fructose sources. The innovative packaging makes the gels easy to open and consume. The thin consistency is easy to swallow, so no immediate drinking afterward is required as with conventional gels.

• Improved packaging: stable during transport, easy to open and completely empty
• C2MAX Dual Source Carb Mix carbohydrate blend contains a 2:1 ratio of glucose and fructose sources
• With extra sodium, which plays an important role in fluid balance
• Orange is made with refreshing, concentrated fruit juices
• The Cola flavour also contains 100mg of caffeine per sachet, which may increase mental performance.

Recommended consumption:
