In the body, the amino acid L is produced in the muscles, where it is also found in the highest concentrations. It performs a variety of metabolic functions and, for example, contributes to the formation of glutathione. L is used as an energy source by certain cells in the body, such as muscle cells and intestinal mucosal cells. As their energy requirements increase, so does the amount of L needed. Although the body can produce L on its own, an adequate dietary intake is essential, especially during periods of increased demand.

Advantages:

• Used as an energy source
• Stimulates metabolic function
• To meet increased needs (e.g., during intense physical activity)
• Although the body can produce L on its own, an adequate dietary intake is essential, especially during times of increased demand

Usage:

Take 1 capsule 3 times a day between meals. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
