Usage:

Place the recommended amount of a Puressentiel essential oil on a neutral tablet (1 to 6 tablets per day)

Do not use during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, or for children under 7 years of age without expert medical advice; do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use essential oils that are not suitable for internal use. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Store away from light, heat, and moisture. May have a laxative effect if consumed in excess.
