Usage:

Use this spray during cold winter weather to help protect against colds and seasonal discomforts.

• Spray 2 to 3 sprays onto a tissue and inhale deeply.
• Spray 4 to 6 sprays into the room.
• Add 4 sprays to a bowl of hot (but not boiling) water and inhale the steam for 10–15 minutes.
