Sprouts are the easiest way to incorporate essential vitamins, minerals, trace elements, phytochemicals, and fiber into your diet year-round—and they’re freshly harvested and “local,” right from your own windowsill!

Uses
Soak before sprouting. Rinse thoroughly with clean water before eating. Fibrous roots may form. Use 1 tablespoon of seeds per seed tray or sprouting jar. Soak for four hours. Water twice a day and harvest after 7–8 days. The ideal sprouting temperature is 18–22°C. Do not consume before the 7th day.
