Usage
Rinse thoroughly with clean water before sprouting. After that, just mist them. Fibrous roots may form. Use 1 tablespoon of seeds per seed tray. Soaking is not necessary. Sprinkle with water once a day and harvest after 3–5 days. The ideal germination temperature is 18–22°C. Cress seeds produce mucilage and are therefore not suitable for a sprouting jar.
