Usage

Soak before sprouting. Rinse thoroughly with clean water before eating. Fibrous roots may form. Use 1 tablespoon of seeds per seed tray or sprouting jar. Soak for about five hours. Water twice daily and harvest after 2–4 days. The ideal sprouting temperature is 18–22°C. Becomes bitter if over-sprouted.
