A fine rice specialty with a deep garnet-red color. This I.G.P. premium rice has protected designation of origin and is grown exclusively in the Camargue, in southern France. There, this special variety grows in clay-rich soil, which gives it its characteristic aroma and distinctive red color. Wonderfully aromatic, with a slight nutty flavor and a firm bite, it’s the perfect side dish and a real eye-catcher on your plate.

Preparation Instructions
For 250 g of rice, bring 2 to 2.5 times that amount of water to a boil, add the rice, and let it simmer for about 40–45 minutes in a covered pot over low heat. Remove from the heat and let the rice rest for 5 minutes. Do not add salt until after the rice is cooked.
