In addition to the RefectoCil Oxdiant 3% Liquid developer, which has been tried and tested millions of times, RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Cream is now available—a stabilized, delicately scented, cream-based developer for RefectoCil eyebrow and eyelash colors. Thanks to its creamy consistency, RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Cream mixes easily with RefectoCil color to form a smooth paste that you can apply effortlessly to your eyelashes and eyebrows. The practical bottle cap features a narrow dispensing opening that allows you to dispense drops sparingly and precisely by applying light pressure to the bottle. In addition, the cap ensures that no contaminants can enter the bottle.
Application
Mix 15–20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Cream with 2 cm of dye and stir the mixture with the dye applicator until it forms a creamy paste. Use the paste immediately, following the instructions for use for RefectoCil eyebrow and eyelash color. Important note: Only the use of RefectoCil 3% Oxidant in combination with RefectoCil colors guarantees the usual perfect color result. Therefore, always use RefectoCil eyebrow and eyelash dyes with RefectoCil liquid or cream oxidant. Sufficient for approx. 200 applications
