RoRoH Flowpack Cocoa Topping - Cinnamon Dream (35g)

Cinnamon Dream is made with cocoa mass from the Sambirano Valley in Madagascar. Neither roasted nor defatted. The bean in its original form. Refined with cinnamon and tonka bean, it develops a warm, spicy depth. The delicate honey from the Allgäu migratory beekeeping operation rounds it all off. A composition of just a few ingredients, deliberately selected and clear in flavor.

Preparation

As a topping over bowls, porridge, yogurt, or pastries. As cocoa: melt 2–3 tbsp in 200 ml of warm milk or plant-based drink (warm only, do not boil). For baking, as a substitute for cocoa mass.
