All three raw cacao toppings in tasting sizes: Pure, Velvet Vanilla, and Cinnamon Dream, 35 g each. The base is cacao mass from the Sambirano Valley in Madagascar – neither roasted nor defatted. Use as a topping, for baking, or gently warmed as an intense cacao drink. Note: Pure is vegan; the sweetened varieties are vegetarian (not vegan) because they contain honey.

Preparation

Sprinkle over bowls, porridge, yogurt, or baked goods. For cacao: melt 2–3 tbsp in 200 ml of warm milk or plant-based drink (heat only; do not boil). For baking, use as a substitute for cacao mass.
