Samen Mauser Steak F1 Eggplant Seeds (10 pcs)

Steak F1 eggplant stands out with its attractive violet-colored fruits featuring decorative longitudinal stripes and a distinctive green calyx. The fruits contain few seeds and have firm, compact white flesh, giving them a particularly pleasant flavor. This high-yielding variety is ideal for versatile use in the kitchen and adds visual appeal to the garden with its striking appearance.

Sow from February to April in a seed tray or pots. Transplant the sturdy seedlings into 8 cm pots and plant them outdoors from mid-May. A spacing of 70 × 70 cm gives the plants sufficient room for healthy development. Eggplants need a warm, sunny location, regular watering, and a nutrient-rich supply of compost or vegetable fertilizer. This variety is also particularly well suited to cultivation under plastic or glass.
