Mauser Seeds Cauliflower Mix (5g)

Samen Mauser Cauliflower Mix (5g)

This cauliflower mix provides varied harvests and creative dishes with its colorful diversity. It combines white, green, purple, and orange cauliflower varieties that are visually appealing and offer a range of different flavors. To preserve the intense colors as well as possible, gentle preparation by steaming or serving as fresh raw vegetables is recommended. This mix is a special addition to any kitchen.

Sow in seed trays or a hotbed; from mid-May, direct sowing outdoors is also possible. Plant sturdy seedlings as deeply as possible, 50x50cm apart. For healthy development, incorporate vegetable fertilizer before planting and again after the plants have established. Early sowings can first be transplanted into 8cm pots. The different varieties are ideal as a versatile vegetable or for colorful salads.
