Mauser Seeds Cauliflower Romanesco (5g)

Samen Mauser Romanesco Cauliflower Seeds (5g)

Romanesco is a special form of cauliflower, known for its decorative, pointed structure and bright green color. The delicate florets have an excellent flavor and are highly versatile in the kitchen. Its suitability for freezing is particularly practical, allowing you to enjoy this high-quality type of cabbage beyond the harvest season.

Sow in seed trays or a propagator; from mid-May, direct sowing outdoors is also possible. Plant vigorous seedlings as deeply as possible, 50x50cm apart. For optimal development, incorporate vegetable fertilizer before planting and again after the plants have established. Early sowings can first be transplanted into 8cm pots before being planted outdoors.
