Mauser Chinese Cabbage Seeds Peking (2.5g)

"Peking" Chinese cabbage is a fast-growing cabbage variety that forms firm, heavy heads in a short time. Its tender leaves, mild flavor, and delicate texture make this Chinese cabbage versatile in the kitchen. It can be eaten raw in salads or cooked in wok dishes, soups, or as a side dish, offering a pleasant alternative to classic cabbage varieties.

Sow directly in the bed from July to mid-August. Cover the seeds with 2-3cm of soil. Incorporating a small amount of vegetable fertilizer before sowing or planting is recommended. Sowings before the beginning of July may tend to bolt and often fail to form heads. Thin or plant the seedlings to a spacing of 35x30cm to ensure optimal development.
