Samen Mauser Endive Scarola (1g)

Mauser Scarola Endive Seeds (1g)

Scarola endive is a proven lettuce variety with large, full-hearted leaves and is ideal for a long harvest period from summer into late autumn. The vigorous plants develop lush heads and are highly versatile in the kitchen. Thanks to its good growth and attractive leaf structure, this variety is a valuable addition to the vegetable garden.

Sow in a seedbed. Once the seedlings have developed, thin or plant them out at a spacing of 30x30cm. For vigorous growth, apply vegetable fertilizer before sowing or planting and again after the plants have established. During germination, ensure suitable temperatures, as cold can cause undesirable bolting.
