Mauser Seeds Carrot Flakkeer 2 (5g)

Mauser Flakkeer 2 Carrot Seeds (5g)

Flakkeer 2 is a large, heavy variety with conically shaped roots and stands out for its robustness and high yield. It develops its best qualities particularly in light, humus-rich soils, producing strong, uniform carrots with excellent flavour. Due to its late maturity, this variety is especially suitable for storage and allows you to enjoy your homegrown harvest for a long time.

Sow directly outdoors from March to June. Water after sowing and cover the seeds with 1–2cm of soil. Covering with fleece supports reliable, faster germination. For carrots intended for storage, sowing in the first half of May is recommended. After emergence, thin the seedlings to a spacing of 3cm so that the roots can develop optimally.
