Samen Mauser Harlequin Carrot Mix (2 g)
The Harlequin carrot mix adds special variety to the vegetable patch and plate with its colourful diversity. The mix combines orange, yellow, purple and white carrots, delighting not only visually but also with a range of different flavour nuances. The variously coloured roots are ideal for creative dishes, fresh salads or as a decorative side dish, making every harvest a special experience.
Sow directly outdoors from March to June. Once the seedlings have emerged, thin them to a spacing of 3 cm so the carrots can develop evenly. For strong root formation, it is recommended to incorporate vegetable fertiliser before sowing and again after thinning. Intercropping with onions or leeks can also help reduce damage caused by carrot flies.
- Colourful mix of orange, yellow, purple and white carrots
- Varied flavour nuances for creative cuisine
- Attractive variety for gardens and colourful harvests
