The “Jarrahdale” pumpkin is captivating with its extraordinary appearance: the heavily ribbed fruits have a silvery-gray skin and yellow-orange flesh. The aromatic pumpkins weigh 3–5 kg and, thanks to their versatile uses, are suitable for numerous preparation methods. Whether for soups, oven-baked dishes, or other pumpkin specialties, this variety impresses with its flavor and decorative appearance. Sow from mid-May in warmed soil, either directly outdoors or first in pots. Germination takes 6–14 days at 18–22°C.

The warmth-loving “Jarrahdale” pumpkin prefers a sunny location and requires sufficient water and nutrients for vigorous growth. After direct sowing, thin the plants and space them 100x200 cm apart.
