Mauser Patisson Squash Seeds (2.5g)

Patisson squash is an heirloom variety with flat, round, white fruits and a characteristic wavy edge. The semi-ripe fruits are harvested when they reach a diameter of 9–12 cm and can be used in the kitchen similarly to zucchini. Their delicate texture and mild flavour make them ideal for a wide range of dishes. Sow directly outdoors or in pots beforehand from mid-May. Place 2 seeds approximately 3 cm deep in each pot or sowing spot. Germination takes 6–14 days at 18–22°C.

The warmth-loving Patisson squash prefers a sunny spot outdoors and requires sufficient space for healthy growth. Plant out from mid-May, spacing the plants 1 m apart. After germination, keep only the strongest plant in each pot or sowing spot. Due to its high nutrient and water requirements, regular feeding and watering are particularly important. The decorative, tasty fruits make this variety a versatile addition to the vegetable garden.
