Samen Mauser Garden Pea Maxigolt (60g)

Mauser Maxigolt Shelling Pea Seeds (60g)

This shelling pea is a semi-tall, mid-early maturing variety with a growth height of approximately 80–90cm. Thanks to its compact growth, it is particularly well suited to home gardens and smaller growing areas. The vigorous plants develop reliably and offer a balanced combination of easy care, good stability and a tasty harvest. It is an ideal choice for anyone who wants to grow a robust, proven pea variety.

Sow directly outdoors from March to April. Sow the seeds with a row spacing of 40cm and a seed spacing of 5cm, then cover them with 2–3cm of soil. Incorporating some vegetable fertilizer before sowing and before earthing up is recommended. Covering with fleece promotes germination, protects against birds and can advance the harvest by up to 10 days. Once the plants have reached a height of 15–20cm, the fleece should be removed.
