Samen Mauser Garden Pea Sprinter (70g)

Mauser Sprinter Marrowfat Pea Seeds (70g)

Sprinter marrowfat peas are a particularly high-yielding variety with medium-sized seeds. Reaching a height of approximately 80 cm, they develop vigorous plants and are ideal for growing in a home garden. This variety is prized for its reliable harvest and the versatile uses of its tasty peas.

Sow directly outdoors from March to April. Sow the seeds with a row spacing of 60 cm and a seed spacing of 5 cm, covering them with 2–3 cm of soil. Incorporating some vegetable fertiliser before sowing and before earthing up is recommended. Covering with fleece promotes germination, protects against birds and can bring the harvest forward by up to 10 days. Remove the fleece as soon as the plants are 15–20 cm tall.
