Mauser Para Parsley Seeds (3g)
“Para” parsley is a vigorous variety with dark green, tightly curled leaves and a particularly intense aroma. The robust plant develops reliably and produces plenty of fresh herbs for everyday cooking. Whether used to season soups, sauces, and salads or as a decorative garnish on the plate, this versatile parsley impresses with its bold flavor and attractive leaf structure. Sow from March to August in pots, or directly outdoors from April. Sow the seeds approximately 1 cm deep. Germination takes 10–28 days at 15–22°C; the seeds should be kept moist and shaded until emergence.
The biennial “Para” parsley is suitable for cultivation in pots, greenhouses, or outdoors. A row spacing of 30 cm provides sufficient room and promotes good plant development. For successful cultivation, an appropriate crop rotation is recommended: after carrots, parsley, fennel, or celery, parsley should not be grown again for at least four years. With its hardiness and aromatic foliage, this variety is a reliable addition to any herb garden.
