“Allrot” red cabbage is a variety with a comparatively short growing period, making it particularly suitable for summer and autumn harvests. The firm heads develop an intense red color and are highly versatile in the kitchen. Thanks to its rapid development, this variety allows for an early harvest and can be stored until the end of November. Sow from March to early June; sow early crops until April in seed trays or a propagator. Germination takes 6–10 days at 16–18°C.

After growing on, plant strong seedlings outdoors from mid-May. Maintain a spacing of 50 x 40 cm to allow the red cabbage heads to develop optimally. Cultivation is possible in seed trays or a propagator, as well as directly outdoors. For healthy growth, apply vegetable fertilizer or compost before planting and again after the plants have established. This reliable variety is ideal for maintaining a longer supply of fresh red cabbage.
