Shine's Peanut & Chocolate Instant Pancake Mix is an organic baking mix made from gluten-free oat flour, peanut flour from roasted peanuts, buckwheat, and pea protein with dark chocolate chips. Mixed with water or a plant-based drink, the batter is quickly ready for pancakes for breakfast or as a dessert.

Recommended use
