Sidroga Chest and Cough Tea N is traditionally used to facilitate expectoration and relieve irritation from coughing associated with a cold.

Dosage

Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over should drink 1 cup of tea 2 to 5 times a day.

Method of use

Pour approx. 150 ml of boiling water over 1 to 2 filter bags of Sidroga Chest and Cough Tea N and leave to infuse for 10 to 15 minutes. Then gently squeeze the bag(s) and remove.

Ingredients

1 double-chamber bag of 2 g contains the following dried and cut plant parts as active ingredients: 0.7 g thyme, 0.5 g marshmallow root, 0.3 g ribwort plantain leaves, 0.3 g liquorice root, and 0.2 g Iceland moss. Other ingredients: none.
