Sidroga Irritant Cough Tea is used for coughs and bronchial catarrh. It can also be used externally as a gargle to treat irritation of the mucous membranes of the mouth and throat.
Dosage
As a tea: Adults and children aged 2 years and over should take 1 cup 3 to 5 times daily and in the evening before going to bed, before, during, or after meals. For external use: gargle several times a day, preferably while warm, with unsweetened tea.
Method of use
Pour boiling water over one tea bag per cup and leave it to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes. Then remove the tea bag and gently squeeze it over the cup. Use only one tea bag per cup of tea, and sweeten your tea only after removing the tea bag from the cup.
