The Somnofit-B is a mandibular advancement device from Switzerland (Oscimed SA) that is worn in the mouth at night. It holds the lower jaw slightly forward, thereby keeping the upper airways more open, which can reduce snoring. It is used for snoring and mild obstructive sleep apnea.

Application

Soften the splint parts in hot water and adapt them to your own teeth by biting down. Then gradually adjust the advancement using the supplied bands until an effective and comfortable position is found. Follow the exact procedure according to the instructions for use.
