A nutritious grain drink for breaks, as a snack, while hiking, or after sports. Recommended for schoolchildren—with an extra dose of calcium!

The grains used in Soyana’s Swiss Cereal Drinks are guaranteed to be GMO-free and come from certified organic farms in the EU. The drinks are made with revitalized water and only the finest ingredients. The oil added is high-oleic sunflower oil, a valuable oil that is not harmed by the heat generated during production due to its fatty acid profile. The added calcium from red algae is particularly well absorbed by the body.

Soyana's Swiss Cereal Drinks are made with love. The inner balance and joy are infused into the food products and have a positive impact on consumers as well.

The grain is ground with water and fermented with enzymes. During this process, the grain starch is broken down into glucose through a natural process, which creates the mild sweetness. The fermentation process is stopped by heating, and the dietary fiber is removed by centrifugation. High-oleic sunflower oil (suitable for heating) is added, and depending on the variety, other ingredients are mixed in. The finished grain drink is aseptically filled into Combibloc cartons (UHT).
