Bicarb Caps by Sponser contain sodium bicarbonate in capsule form and are aimed at athletes engaging in short, very intense exercise during training and competition. Dosage is based on body weight, and thanks to the staggered intake of the capsules, the amount can be easily adjusted.

Recommended Use

0.3 g of sodium bicarbonate per kg of body weight, i.e., 1 capsule per required gram (e.g., 21 capsules for 70 kg). Take the capsules 90 to 60 minutes before competition, spread over at least 30 minutes, with 0.5 to 1 l of water.

The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of small children.
