Recommended use

Add 4 to 5 measuring spoons (60 to 80 g) of powder to approx. 250 ml of water, shake well, top up with water to 500 to 800 ml and shake again. Guideline: 80 to 120 g of powder per hour of exercise (1 to 1.5 portions).
