Carbo Fuel by Sponser is a carbohydrate drink powder for long and intensive endurance sessions lasting approximately 2 hours or more, such as cycling, running, or triathlon. Glucose and fructose in a 1:0.8 ratio provide energy, supplemented with sodium, acacia fiber, and New Zealand blackcurrant extract. The formula contains no acid and is only mildly flavored.

Recommended Use

Plan for 80 to 120 g of powder per hour of activity, which corresponds to 1 to 1.5 servings. Fill a water bottle (500 to 800 ml) with approx. 250 ml of water, add the powder and shake well, then fill completely with water and shake again.
