Recommended use

Add 3 to 4 measuring spoons (60 to 80 g) of powder to a drinking bottle (750 to 1000 ml) with cold water and shake. For higher energy needs the drink can be mixed up to 90 g per litre and remains hypotonic. Guideline: about 0.5 to 1 litre per hour, depending on thirst and sweat loss.
