Instructions for use:

Plug the BabyFriend into a socket in the relevant room. For optimum ultrasound emission and ideal protection, please follow these instructions:

• 1. The device should be switched on during the day to prevent mosquitoes from entering the room in good time. Thanks to the low energy consumption, this is not a problem. ob
• 2. In rooms larger than 15 m2 and in rooms with carpeted floors, wallpaper, wide upholstered furniture or large curtains, two devices should be used at the same time and in different sockets to ensure complete protection. Objects with a fabric-like surface absorb the ultrasound.
• 3. You can also use BabyFriend with an open window as long as the device is facing the center of the room.
• 4. If the sockets in the room are at different heights, select the highest one rzually.
• 5. If the sockets are no higher than 30 cm from the floor and the room has a carpeted floor, use an extension cable to place the appliance in a higher position, e.g. on a desk or shelf. Point the appliance towards the inside of the room.

Precautions:

• Animals, especially larger dogs, can perceive the BabyFriend ultrasonic waves and be disturbed by them.
• The insect repellent is effective after just a few minutes. It is therefore advisable to switch on BabyFriend at least half an hour beforehand.
• Ultrasonic devices are not recommended for people with he rzpacemakers, as in some cases the pacemaker impulses can be affected.
• The plug must not be hidden under furniture or behind curtains.
• Do not place the device opposite a window.
