Stérimar Blocked Nose is a 2-in-1 nasal spray and nasal rinse with hypertonic sea water enriched with copper. It is intended for adults and children from 3 years and is a medical device.

Use and notes

As a spray: 1 to 2 sprays per nostril, let excess solution drain out and blow your nose. As a rinse: tilt your head to the side, insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and press for 2 to 3 seconds. 2 to 6 times daily until the mucosa has decongested, for temporary use only. Spray once into the air before first use and clean the nozzle with hot water after each use.
