Stérimar Nasal Hygiene is a nasal spray made of filtered, isotonic sea water without preservatives. It is used for daily nasal hygiene and is recommended for children and adults.

1 spray can with 100 ml of sea water solution.

Use and notes

Press the spray once before first use. Insert the nasal adapter into the nostril, press lightly, let excess solution drain out and blow your nose, then treat the other nostril. Clean the adapter with soapy water. According to the manufacturer, 2 to 6 applications per nostril per day. Follow the package leaflet.
