For disinfecting baby bottles and feeding utensils. When combined with water, a Sterinova tablet forms a disinfectant solution for disinfecting baby bottles and feeding utensils. Sterinova has been specially formulated to provide safe and easy-to-prepare disinfectant solutions with a broad spectrum of activity against microorganisms:
- Bacteria: Escherichia coli, which causes food poisoning, gastroenteritis, diarrhea, and other illnesses.
- Staphylococcus aureus, which causes food poisoning, diarrhea, illness, and skin infections.
- Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which causes skin infections, rashes, and pustules.
- Enterococcus faecium, which causes food poisoning, diarrhea, and illness.
- Salmonella typhimurium, which causes food poisoning, septicemia, typhoid fever, gastroenteritis, and diarrhea.
- Mycobacteria: Mycobacterium sp., which causes lung infections.
- Fungi: Candida albicans, which causes oral thrush (candidiasis).
Application
- IMPORTANT - A fresh solution must be prepared every day.
- To prepare the correct sterilization solution, add one tablet to 2.3 liters of water in a suitable non-metallic container.
- Clean the feeding utensils thoroughly after each feeding. Clean bottles and nipples thoroughly with warm soapy water. Scrub the teats inside and out to remove all milk residue. Rinse with cold water.
- Completely submerge all feeding utensils in the prepared solution, making sure no air bubbles are trapped. Sterilization is complete after 30 minutes, but all utensils should be left in the solution until they are needed.
- Wash your hands before removing the items from the solution. Empty bottles, nipples, and other items before use. Refill the bottle immediately and cover the nipples.
