Suprasorb In addition to calcium alginate Faesters, A Pro now also contains cellulose Faesters - these have a reinforcing and stabilizing effect and increase the performance of the product.
When wound exudate is absorbed, sodium ions are exchanged with calcium ions to create a gel. Bacteria and cell debris are trapped in this gel and a moist wound environment is maintained.
For the treatment of acute and chronic wounds if they are heavily exuding, obsuperficial or deep.
