Its low RDA value of 25 ensures an exceptionally gentle, minimally abrasive tooth cleaning. For optimal results, brush your teeth three times a day for two minutes with the Swissdent professional toothbrush. To intensify the whitening effect, a little Swiss Extreme mouth spray can be sprayed onto the toothpaste. Do not rinse your mouth with water.
