Buy TheraBand Hand Trainer, Green, XL (1 piece)

TheraBand Hand Trainers XL are designed to strengthen the hands, fingers, and forearms, as well as to improve coordination. Thanks to their extremely durable material, they can also be used for stress relief and for cold (refrigerator) and heat therapy (microwave, warm water). The hand trainers are easy to clean and, with five different resistance levels, offer a wide range of applications in therapy, sports, fitness, and wellness. Their compact size makes them ideal companions for everyday situations.

For large hands

The XL of the TheraBand Hand Trainer is about one-third larger and was developed specifically for people with limited mobility (e.g., due to arthritis) and people with large hands who want to use the Hand Trainer for strength or coordination training. It can be used to perform the same exercises as the standard version, as well as cold and heat therapy.
