The Thuasne Epi-Med is an epicondylitis brace for the forearm, worn just below the elbow. It is designed for complaints of the tendon attachments at the elbow, such as tennis or golfer's elbow. The pads only exert pressure when the muscles are tensed; in a resting state, there is hardly any noticeable pressure.

Application

Place the brace on the forearm below the elbow with the open side facing from the outside in; the larger pad should lie on the top of the forearm. Tighten the strap firmly but without tension and secure with the Velcro fastener. No noticeable pressure should be felt when the muscles are relaxed. The initial fitting should be performed by a professional.

Do not use in cases of large-scale skin injuries or skin diseases, extensive bruising, or severe swelling. In case of discomfort or numbness, loosen or remove the brace and consult a doctor.
