Vagiwell Dilators are medical-grade silicone dilators designed for use in vaginal stretching exercises. They are suitable for both home and clinical use.

Vagiwell Dilators are indicated for the treatment of vaginal discomfort and pain during or after sexual intercourse caused by:

• Dyspareunia (recurrent or persistent genital pain during sexual intercourse) resulting from various causes
• Vaginismus (spasms of the vaginal muscles)
• Scarring after an episiotomy or a perineal tear
• after gynecological surgeries
• during and after radiation therapy/chemotherapy (vulvar and vaginal cancer)
• after vaginal surgery involving vaginal narrowing and scar formation
• Skin conditions such as certain forms of lichen, e.g., lichen sclerosus
• Vaginoplasty/Neovagina (e.g., as part of gender-affirming surgery)
• Vaginal tightness (virginity), which the affected individual describes as a sexual dysfunction

Stretching exercises using the Vagiwell stretching rods are also recommended if gynecological exams or inserting a tampon are very painful.

Usage:

Starting with the smallest size, the dilator is inserted into the vagina and left in place for several minutes. Once a size can be inserted without discomfort, you should move directly to the next size. The exercises should be performed in a relaxed sitting or lying position. Unless otherwise recommended by a doctor, the exercises should be repeated daily. Once the largest dilator can be inserted without discomfort, sexual intercourse may be attempted.
