Vilgain Electrolyte Mango & Grapefruit is a powder for a hypotonic electrolyte drink with a fruity flavor. One 8g serving provides 345mg of sodium, 98mg of potassium, 56mg of magnesium, and 57mg of calcium in a highly soluble form, along with dextrose as a carbohydrate source. The drink is suitable for long endurance sessions, sports in hot weather, sauna use, or summer travel. It is additionally sweetened with steviol glycosides.

Instructions

Stir 1 scoop (8 g) into 250 to 300 ml of water. Maximum 4 servings per day.
