Vilgain Mini Pizza Dough is a small, ready-to-use pizza dough for homemade mini pizzas or tacos made from just 4 natural ingredients. It is made with durum wheat semolina and Italian extra virgin olive oil and contains no preservatives or artificial colors. One pack contains 8 mini bases with a diameter of about 12 cm, enough for two people. The dough can be prepared in the oven or in a pan.

Usage

Preheat the oven to 200 °C, top the bases, and bake on parchment paper for 3 to 5 minutes. Heat in a pan for 30 to 60 seconds per side. For tacos, sear the dough on both sides over low heat and fill.

DURUM WHEAT SEMOLINA 61%, water, extra virgin olive oil 7%, salt, natural flavoring.
