The Vilgain pizza crust is a round, pre-made pizza dough made from just 5 natural ingredients. The pack contains two crusts, each about 24 cm in diameter, made in Italy with wheat flour, durum wheat semolina, and extra virgin olive oil. The dough contains no preservatives and only naturally occurring sugars. You can prepare it in the oven or in a pan.

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 220 °C, top the crust as desired, and bake on parchment paper for 7 to 8 minutes. Alternatively, bake in a covered pan until the edges are golden brown.

Notes
