Application

• Full bath: 3–4 tablespoons (about 100 g)
• Sitz bath/foot bath: 1 tablespoon
• Infusion: 1 teaspoon per 1 liter of water

Add the VitaBase Alkaline Bath Salts to bath water heated to 37°C. The full bath should last at least 30 minutes and can be extended to as long as 60 minutes. The special deacidifying effect begins to take effect only after about 20 minutes. Rub your skin thoroughly with a washcloth or bath brush approximately every 10 minutes.
