The Vliwazell absorbent pad from Lohmann & Rauscher is intended for heavily exuding wounds. A cellulose absorbent core absorbs a large amount of fluid and retains it securely, while a distribution layer spreads the exudate evenly. A moisture-repellent backing prevents strike-through.
