From the Rocky Mountains of North America and the Arctic tundra to the mountains and forests of Europe and on to the deserts and steppes of Central Asia, wolves hunt their prey. This provides them with meat and nutrient-rich offal, as well as vegetables, fruits, berries, roots, and herbs from the prey’s stomach contents. Grains are not part of this diet. This is how wolves obtain the vitamins, minerals, trace elements, enzymes, and phytochemicals they need. Since the wolf is the ancestor of all dogs, our Wolfsblut dry dog food is modeled after the wolf’s natural eating habits. It contains plenty of meat or fish combined with superfoods that provide valuable nutrients—just as in nature, completely grain-free. Our selection of exceptional meats and nutrient-rich superfoods is based on the wolf’s natural habitats and its diverse diet. Wolfsblut offers every dog a species-appropriate and natural diet, and with its wide variety of formulas, there’s something for every dog that suits their needs. The Down Under Adult recipe combines the wolf’s natural diet with the latest scientific findings on proper canine nutrition.

The individual ingredients in DOWN UNDER ADULT were formulated in collaboration with veterinarians to align with the wolf’s natural prey profile and the latest findings on holistic dog nutrition. This makes Wolfsblut’s dry dog food truly unique.
